The new Cayenne S offers standard 20-inch wheels with the option to upgrade to sportier 21- or 22-inch wheels while the new SQ7 only has a 21-inch wheel option. Both SUVs offer an available panoramic roof system for a more airy, open feel but you'll only find available roof rails on the Cayenne S, offering extra cargo room for your weekend excursions. The new Cayenne S offers restyled Matrix-design LED headlights as standard fare, just like the SQ7, but the Cayenne S is the only SUV here that takes it up a notch with available HD matrix-design LED headlights. An available heated windshield is exclusive to the Cayenne S and not found on the new SQ7.

Both the new Cayenne S and the new SQ7 boast a potent V8 engine under the hood, with the SQ7 just edging out the Cayenne S in horsepower. Both SUVs are paired to an 8-speed Tiptronic® automatic transmission but the Cayenne S offers much more in the performance department than the SQ7. Adaptive air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management is optionally available for extra driver comfort and less wear and tear on your transmission. With the optionally available Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control, the Cayenne S grips the road tighter for better cornering, a feature you won't find on the SQ7.
